I designed a mobile and web-based app for British Airways that transformed how their 35,000 colleagues provided feedback on nearly 100 uniform options. This platform balanced intuitive UX/UI with speed, security, and user-friendliness.

What began as a simple feedback tool evolved into a comprehensive communication and uniform exploration platform. Within just 72 hours of launch, the app received over 1 million hits, delivering actionable analytics on user behavior, preferred options, and engagement patterns—empowering British Airways to make data-driven decisions.

By featuring authentic imagery of BA staff, the experience remained relatable and inclusive. The project significantly boosted staff engagement and played a key role in British Airways winning two industry awards, including gold at the Internal Communications and Engagement Awards 2023.
