I designed the interface for British Airways' updated Check-in and Fast Bag Drop kiosks at Heathrow Terminal 5 and JFK Terminal 7. These enhancements streamline the check-in and luggage processes while reducing congestion at customer service desks.

My fast, user-friendly interface caters to British Airways' diverse global customer base with multiple language options. By analyzing usage patterns and dwell times, I optimized the kiosk flow to reduce steps and simplify navigation. I also developed CGI explainer animations that clearly guide customers through the check-in process, minimizing confusion and enhancing efficiency.
